Navigating Salary in the US – A Resource Guide for First Timers

What’s the quickest way to find the right salary for a US Job? You’re about to find it!

As someone who’s been helping people and businesses abroad for most of my life, I’ve seen and heard of some crazy job abroad stories. The number of times I’ve seen people get salaries far below what they should get or even not be aware of the cost of living where they are going just so they can have their experience abroad is scary. And I’ve seen businesses not get the people they deserve because they didn’t know the level they needed to be at to get talent. It’s a shame, so let’s change that!

For years clients have been asking how people in the US know what they should ask for salary, so here’s my list. Knowledge is power, so make that power yours with these quick resources for negotiating and benchmarking that awesome role in the US.
